Our Sub Sales generate lots of behind the scenes Volunteer activity. Each Sale starts on Monday with Deli-style meat and cheese slicing. More prep on Tuesday making the ‘slap-packs’ of meat and cheeses. Wednesday starts BEFORE the sun comes up with the fresh food prep for the salads. Next, Formica fresh-out-of-the-oven rolls are picked up in Atlantic City and when they arrive, the fun begins.
We hope you enjoy the food and more importantly, while you are eating your lunch, you are supporting all of the work done at CODI.
