JEDI Statement

CODI strives to provide an inclusive corporate culture incorporating individual values and experiences to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.

  • Justice: Dismantling barriers to resources and opportunities in society so that all individuals and communities can live a full and dignified life.

  • Equity: Fair and equitable treatment, access, opportunity, and engagement for all.

  • Diversity: Representation across a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and views.

  • Inclusion: Environment that respects and values all perspectives, especially ensuring that persons within historically underrepresented groups are included and represented.

CULTURAL DIVERSITY

Again, it is our hope that when the food is distributed, it will give us an opportunity to talk more about our various cultures, customs, and beliefs. We want to continue to grow our JEDI initiative and learn about various cultures through recipes.
